Facebook iPad App On the Way

Facebook, iPad, Mobile, Social

For all of you who are using the iPhone version of Facebook on your iPad, there’s some good news. Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg confirmed in an interview at d8 that there will be a Facebook application built specifically for the iPad coming in the near future, All Facebook reports.

There wasn’t much more than the simple announcement that the app is in the works. No potential features were revealed, so we’re only left to speculate. Personally, it will probably just be a prettier version of the current iPhone application–a more elegant UI, added usability and the like.

We’ll keep you posted when news breaks on something a bit more concrete.
