Over on the Happy Island fan page, CrowdStar has posted a challenge / invitation to users to create videos expressing how much they love Happy Island, and why. The best videos will be featured at an upcoming Facebook conference, and have the potential to be used in future promotions on Facebook.
The Happy Island fan page directs users to the Happy Island forums, which are found in a separate Facebook application. Once there, the thread gives a rundown of the contest’s rules. Video submission should start with the phrase “I love Happy Island on Facebook because…”
From there, it’s up to you to include any and all the information you feel is necessary to adequately express your love of the game. Whether that means giving examples of how the game has affected your life, to the new friends you’ve made playing the game, and more – it’s up to you.
Videos can be no longer than one minute in length, and must be submitted by midnight PST on Wednesday, April 6.
Head over to the game’s page to learn more about the contest, and to enter yourself.
