Android, Mobile

Over at Mashable, they’ve compiled a list of eight Android applications that you can download that can help you watch your waist line. They are:

  • CardioTrainer + Racing – $2.99
  • Fast Food Calorie Counter – $1.99
  • Endomondo Sports Tracker – Free
  • Calorie Counter by FatSecret – Free
  • AllSport GPS – $9.99
  • Beer Gut Fitness – $0.99
  • Absolute Fitness – $4.99
  • Backpacker GPS Trails – $9.99

As an iPhone users, I personally really enjoy the Lose It! application. I’ve used it religiously since I decided to shed some pounds as a New Year’s Resolution and its been a godsend for tracking micro-nutrients, making sure that I’m staying responsible in my portion size, and keep in touch with my sister that is also using the application.

Check out the article and see if any of these applications might help you shed some of that added weight that we all would like to burn away.
