E3 2010: A Look at Raving Rabbids Travel in Time

Casual, Console

At the Ubisoft press conference at this year’s E3, we were given a short look at the new Raving Rabbids game. While all we were shown was a short trailer, it appears as though the zany mini-games we have seen in previous installments in the series will be back, although this time, with a theme of time travel.

As such, the game is called Raving Rabbids Travel in Time. As our cute and cuddly heroes travel through the various time periods, they are seen helping a caveman create fire (he is struggling with sticks and rocks and one of the rabbids pulls out a lighter), scaring a rock carver who then knocks the nose off of the Sphinx in Egypt, and even holding onto Excalibur as Arthur tries to remove it from the stone (once they let go of the sword – they are hanging on from underground – it is pulled out by someone entirely different).

While traveling through time is, of course, the biggest theme here, it also seems as though we might be playing games that change the course of history, as the three examples above show. We’ll be sure to bring you more details about Raving Rabbids Travel in Time as it becomes available.
