At the Nintendo press conference at this year’s E3, we were shown a title many casual gamers had been waiting on for some time – Just Dance 2. while the game won’t come out until the Fall of 2010, we have some new details about the game that should tide you over until the game hits store shelves.
Just Dance 2 continues in the rhythm dancing tradition laid down by its predecessor, but it adds in new gameplay modes, like Dancing Duets, Just Sweat Mode (think of it like an exercise mode that tracks how many calories you’ve burned), and even Dance Crew Face Offs. Now, instead of just placing you and a single friend together on the screen, the gameplay now supports up to 8 players.
There are 40 tracks included on the game, but we’ve only been given a few confirmed tracks thus far:
- James Brown – I Got You
- Pussycat Dolls – When I Grow Up
- Ike & Tina Turner – Proud Mary
- Donna Summer – Hot Stuff
- Vampire Weekend – A Punk
- Digitalism – Idealistic
- Snap! – The Power
- Rihanna – S.O.S.
As more details are released about Just Dance 2, we’ll be sure to bring them your way.
