If your Treasure Isle “to do” list isn’t already overflowing with building projects, you’ll be happy to know that Zynga has added another item to the list. Before we get to that, however, let’s take a look at some of the new islands you can now explore and collect treasure from.
Travel Through Mythical Voyages with New Maps
That’s exactly what you’ll be doing if you take part in the newest map of Asian Isles islands, as Zynga is taking us all on (multiple) mythical voyages. this newest map set has just four islands to explore, but all are full of buildings, massive trees, and other structures that make them just a bit more magical than any other islands in the game.
Each of the four islands comes with a special price that you must pay before they become available for you to explore. Under Attack! and Ravaged Land feature burning buildings due to the attacks they’ve received by a monster off in the ocean, with Under Attack! being unlocked for just 500 coins and Ravaged Land being unlocked for 7,000 coins. Meanwhile, Tiny City is unlocked for 10,000 coins, while Supersecret Base has a price worthy of its “super secret” status – 18 Island Cash.
Remember, the coin-locked islands can be accessed even by players who may still be digging around in the Tiki Isles – just pay the coin price, and you’re in. This provides a nice change of pace, or the ability to keep digging if you’re waiting on one particular color of gem to land in your backpack.
When Building A Dragon Sailboat, “Sooner is Better than Later…”
…or so says Zynga, who has posted such on the Treasure Isle fan page. As for the Dragon Sailboat itself, you’ll have a free dock for the boat given to you the next time you login to the game. The dock, obviously, needs to be placed in the water. From there, you’ll need to spend 20 energy to complete the four steps of assembling the boat’s basic frame (that is, click on the boat and complete a step costing 5 energy 4 individual times).
Once that’s done, you’ll go about the actual process of building the boat, which requires quite a few items – 25, to be exact – five each of five different ingredients: Planks, Rope, Cloth, Resin, and Nails.
You can either post a news item to your wall asking friends for a particular item that you need (they will see a link that will allow them to send you a part), or you can rely on friends to initiate the gift giving if they choose to do so from the game’s free gifts page, where each user should find two of the five items available to give to their friends.
As we all now have plenty of projects to work on, make sure to head over to the game’s page to start completing your Dragon Sailboat, Relics, or even to just explore these new maps now!
