With so many games being released on the iTunes app store, it’s sometimes hard to keep up with which ones you should or shouldn’t be playing on your iPhone. Thankfully, we have the review round-up to show you the best games available on the app store, complete with summaries and reviews from all around the web.
Much like other game hunting titles of the past, Deer Hunter: African Safari puts you in the shoes of a wildlife hunter out in the middle of the African desert. Make no mistake, all this game aims to do is have you take out valuable game, one after another. The most intriguing aspect is the sense of accomplishment you get when taking out that precious buck.
In Slidetoplay‘s review, they said the game wasn’t much of an improvement over last year’s version, Deer Hunter 3D. “On paper, it has all the features you’d want in a simulation-style hunting game. The biggest innovation that this franchise would benefit from would be more differentiation in the day to day missions.”

Bringing a certain sense of originality to the over-used puzzle genre on the iPhone, Aqueduct has you connecting pipes as you slide blocks across the screen. Sporting over 190 levels, the game will generally last anyone a good, long time.
In their review, 148 Apps said that “although my gag reflex was initially triggered by the thought of more pipe themed puzzles, I’m glad I suppressed that instinct. Aqueduct’s mix of pipe-building, sliding tiles, unblocking, and special hazards, is a truly holistic effort.”
