iPhone, Mobile

With so many games being released on the iTunes app store, it’s sometimes hard to keep up with which ones you should or shouldn’t be playing on your iPhone. Thankfully, we have the review round-up to show you the best games available on the app store, complete with summaries and reviews from all around the web.

Collision Courses

Usually the opposite goal from the norm, Collision Courses has you making sure rockets collide as they soar across the screen. Although the concept seems simple, the game can get very difficult in no time providing quite the challenge. Playing only requires a few simple taps, so it’s definitely a game that is for the “pick-up and play” style where you only have a few minutes to kill.

In their review, AppSpy said that “while Collision Courses may not be the most challenging of puzzle titles it’s an easy one to pick up, play and finish, making it a great snack-sized title for those with too much spare time to waste.”

Rating: 3 out of 5.

Save Betsy

In a bit of a twisted fashion, Save Betsy is all about saving a helpless cow from the certain doom that is a meat grinder. You’ll have to make Betsy hop, hide her, and use all of her special abilities to allow her to survice.

In their review of the game, AppModo said that Save Betsy “Save Betsy offers recognizable game play with new sights and sounds. It has been designed to be responsive to tilt control while somewhat forgiving and is quite simple to learn even for beginners.”
