Frisky Misc, Industry, Mobile

Nothing says “Happy Valentine’s Day” like someone saying “We should spend more time together.” That’s the lovely sentiment being expressed this morning by TriplePoint client CocoaChina, who’s promised to expand their operations here in the United States. CocoaChina’s envoy of this affection is their new VP of Engineering, Kai Zhao, who has promised all kinds of things for the relationship, such as “technical direction for infrastructure supporting mobile games published in the U.S.” That sweetheart! How did he know that was just what we wanted?

From the press release:

“Our primary objective in 2013 is to improve development infrastructure, user engagement and monetization for mobile games published in the U.S. market and beyond, and Kai’s technical expertise will drive us in the right direction,” said Lei Zhang, CocoaChina/Chukong’s U.S. General Manager. “We’ve established a strong developer community overseas and built key partnerships with several top developers. This year we plan to continue to build out and support the large community here in the West as well.”

What a flatterer. Happy Valentine’s Day to you too, you candy-based sweet-talkers.
