Get it? Real time? Because the game is called ChronoBlade? Pretty sneaky, sis. Seriously, though, this sounds pretty fantastic: a game that’s going to be on Facebook, OUYA, iOS, Android, and Smart TVs (what, no Atari Lynx?), and will allow real-time cross-platform side-scrolling beat-em-up game-play. Er, gameplay. That’s what’s on offer in ChronoBlade from nWay (a TriplePoint client), which is coming to Facebook on June 26 with a single-player beta. It’s “a free-to-play, side-scrolling action RPG featuring visceral combo-filled gameplay, heroic leveling, tactical skill trees, and epic amounts of loot,” and seeing as I enjoy every one of those things, I’m quite hopeful.
