iPhone, Mobile

With so many games being released on the iTunes app store, it’s sometimes hard to keep up with which ones you should or shouldn’t be playing on your iPhone. Thankfully, we have the review round-up to show you the best games available on the app store, complete with summaries and reviews from all around the web.

Chop Chop Soccer

Chop Chop Ninja is one of the most popular and well-made games for the iPhone, and the developers were looking to take this level of quality and transfer it over to the world of soccer with Chop Chop Soccer. While there is little realism involved, Chop Chop Soccer offers a unique ‘footy’ experience for all styles of players.

In GameZebo‘s review, they said that the game “plays a bright and particularly accessible brand of a football” and that it “would benefit from embracing its wacky, larger than life side a little more, but it still stands as a refreshing alternative to some of the straighter soccer titles on the App Store.”

Rating: 3.5 out of 5.

Price: 99¢.

Tunnel Shoot

While having a completely retro style, Tunnel Shoot manges to implement many modern elements that borrows from the classic Tempest for a wild 3D experience. The game is controlled simply by tapping where you’d like to shoot.

In their review, TheAppEra said the game’s title describes the game well, simply because you are flying around tunnels and shooting for the majority of the game. Overall, they were given the impression that the game was built for everyone and that it was definitely recommended.
