If you’ve been staring longingly at some of Tiki Farm’s “Tiki Gem” only items (that’s the game’s premium currency), but had been waiting for a good reason to pull the proverbial trigger on picking up a Playdom Game (cash) Card, the company has announced a new promotion (via the game’s fan page) that might interest you.

From now until St. Patrick’s Day, anyone that redeems a Playdom Game Card will be eligible to receive 10 free Tiki Gems as an additional bonus. The extra Gems won’t be handed out until St. Patrick’s Day proper, so don’t fear if you decide to snag a card as part of this promotion but aren’t rewarded right away.
