Happy Pets, Social

CrowdStar has added a new building to Happy Pets in the form of a Dino Den. As the name would suggest, the Dino Den functions as a home for (new) dinosaur pets, but you’ll have to build the Den before you have a chance at earning both free dinosaurs, and the ability to purchase more from the store.

The Dino Den functions similarly to the Horse Stable released in the game previously. You’ll purchase the frame from the game’s store for 800 coins, as seen below.

After that, you’ll need to collect a whopping 80 ingredients to complete the structure – 10 each of 8 different items: Torches, Cement, Hammers, Drills, Rocks, Rivets, I-Beams, and Shovels.

You can either purchase the ingredients outright for a bulk price of 320 Facebook Credits ($32 US), or you can “Wish” for any individual ingredient by posting a news item to you wall, letting your Happy Pets friends know what items you need.

Additionally, you can head over to the game’s free gifts page, where you’ll find multiple ingredients available to send to your friends (and conversely, your friends can send them to you). CrowdStar has announced that they will add a new ingredient to the page everyday, so be sure to continually check back there to see if you can help your friends secure the items they need.

Once you finish the Dino Den, you’ll receive a free Green Triceratops of a random gender as a prize for doing so. This will also unlock the ability to purchase more Dinosaurs from the store – want to see the full selection? Check out our guide, here.
