Mafia Wars Marketplace Open NowWe just checked our news feed and saw big news come across the wire – Mafia Wars has opened up it’s own marketplace. This is a logical progression for Zynga’s micro-transaction business.

By creating a sanctioned marketplace – Mafia Wars will protect itself from having a secondary market of items being created outside of Zynga’s control. This very likely will be the first of many marketplaces opening across other Zynga owned properties like FarmVille and Cafe World.

    I was clicking “next” advance button to see my gifts and was given a crop duster (more like zynga stole 35 GFP). And what company does not ask you confirm purchase. And I find it interesting how they place the crop duster right smack there as the first item, so you must press next. I really dont want to press anything with GFP now as I'm afraid they will continue to steal points.
