What do people talk about these days when it comes to social media? If you’re answer was Foursquare or Gowalla, you are right on the money. SXSW was the deciding factor on those two services about this time last year. Before then, not many knew or had used Foursquare or location based services. Now, Foursquare regularly gets 500,000 check-ins per day and is only increasing.

Cris Valerio and Pete Cashmore sat down and had a discussion about the future of the services and also how Foursquare plans on working with the iPad to make Foursquare work well with it. I have attached the video so you can see for yourself.
