Battle Blasters: Because, in the future, you just can’t market a new form of mass entertainment where the contestants aren’t killed. Launching today from Triplepoint client Little Guy Games, Battle Blasters joins the iPhone and social gaming with terrifying weaponry for one-on-one deathmatches in the year 3042.
The game promises to socialize one’s violence, including Facebook integration for high scores and leaderboards, and also offers single-device multiplayer, allowing two combatants to face off from opposite sides of the touch-screen. Single-player immolations are available via Campaign and Quickplay modes, as well, but there’s just something special about blasting a smoldering crater in someone you know.
Battle Blasters is available for $2.99 from the App Store.
