Baking Life has added a large item drop with their latest update. You will have a lot more options now when choosing to redecorate your bakery or add a new outlet.

The store is brimming with new items, with the door category alone having 10 new additions. The new doors include color variations on the basic door, Window Doors, a Commercial Door, and an Oval Window Door for prices ranging from 2,500 coins to 12,500 coins. The Automatic Pocket Door is the only one that will cost you Facebook credits instead of coins. Along with the new doors themselves, doors have been given some new functionality: you can now move the location of your door and add as many doors as you want.

There are 10 new display cases available as well, introducing the new case type, Commercial. These range from 2,500 to 3,100 coins in price, and add a more polished look to your bakery. Hopefully we’ll get matching registers and ovens soon. Speaking of ovens, there is a new one of those as well: The Basic Oven Stainless version, available for 900 coins. You’ll find some new Wall Decor as well, including the Pots and Pans Hanger, Dish Shelves, and several variations on the Curtain Window.

Additionally, the update added an expansion onto the Customized Cupcake feature. Now the game reminds you when your friends have birthdays coming up with the new birthday reminders. The option is on the left of the screen. When clicked, it will open a window telling you which friends have birthdays coming up, and offering you the option to make them a customized cupcake to send their way.
