TriplePoint client Appxplore wouldn’t be living up to their name if they didn’t explore what their apps can do. Sure, they’ve gotten their puzzler Sporos downloaded a million times, and that’s great, but why stop exploring there? Today, they’re adding new content to Sporos in the form of “Discovery Lab,” which brings a resilient Phago Cell to the board, requiring double the infection. Then, later, they’re going to add a new mode to Alien Hive that turns the contemplative tile-slider into a faster-paced, time-racing challenge.
From the press release:
The Discovery Lab adds a new twist that will challenge veteran players and amateur scientists alike: the robust new Phago Cell needs to be infected twice with Sporos seeds, from two different directions at once. The developer’s other puzzle game, Alien Hive, will also gain a major content update, “Blitz Mode,” which is essentially a brand new game within the game. Players will experience faster, more fluid action with an imaginative spin on Alien Hive’s sliding-tile gameplay.
