There’s news today that Quarrel, the letter-scrambling game from TriplePoint client UTV Ignition Games, has been nominated for an award by BAFTA, the British Academy of Film and Television Arts. Unfortunately, there’s only five letters in BAFTA, so it’s hard to spell things with it. I guess you could say “FAT AB,” but that’s not too much fun.

Anyway:

Quarrel has received worldwide acclaim for its innovation and stylish approach from leading media outlets including Eurogamer, The Guardian, PocketGamer and BBC, as well as a blossoming community of fans. Quarrel has already won the Best Game category for the British Academy Scotland Awards 2011 (Scottish BAFTA), and was released on Xbox LIVE Arcade this January.

Good luck, Quarrel!
