Yesterday afternoon, CrowdStar launched a new adoptable pet in Happy Aquarium and announced it via the game’s fan page:

“SAVE THE BABY PLATYPUS!! A little baby platypus lost it’s [sic] way while it was playing hide-and-seek with his friends!”

The adoptable animal works just as all other in-game adoptions do. You’ll receive a random pop-up alerting you to your find, and you’ll be allowed to publish a notification on your Facebook news feed that will let your friends try to adopt the lost little guy (or gal) for themselves.
