Happy Aquarium developer CrowdStar is taking us all on a virtual tour of the Persian landscape, via the release of new decorations to the game’s store. As you’re shopping for these new items, take note of the drastic overhaul that recently took place concerning the game’s shop. The store is now much larger and easier to navigate via the addition of text with each tab. That is, rather than having to hover over a particular section to be told what it is, you can now see what each tab contains by default.
As for the decorations themselves, there are six to choose from, with only one of them being a premium item. Said item is the Persian Date Palm tree, which goes for either 18 Pearls of 15 Facebook Credits ($1.50). The other five items range in price from 85 coins for the Persian Scimitar to 750 coins for the Persian Castle, with items like the Persian Basket, Persian Vase and Bob the Monkey rounding out the selection.
Clicking on the Ambiance tab will show you the theme’s accompanying wallpaper, appropriately titled Arabian Nights. It is a premium item, going for either 36 Pearls or 30 Facebook Credits ($3).
Lastly, under the Specials tab, you’ll find the limited edition Flying Carpet item, complete with the Sultan riding atop it. It goes for the same price as the Arabian Nights background – either 36 Pearls or 30 Facebook Credits – but is limited in its quantity of availability. As of this writing, there are still more than 30,000 units available, so you shouldn’t have any trouble picking one up if you so desire.
To take a look at the new design of the Happy Aquarium marketplace, or to purchase any of these new items, head over to the game’s page on Facebook.
