Yesterday, the Social City Hedge Maze, a limited edition item found in the game’s newspaper, sold out, and was replaced by this new item, the Football Stadium.

Similar to the previously released Basketball Stadium, which was also a limited edition item, the Football Stadium comes at a high price – 69 City Bucks. For that price, you’ll receive a building that takes up a 3×3 square area of space, and provides you with a 1,000 point experience boost for purchasing it.

As a leisure structure, the Stadium provides your town with a whopping 60,000 Happiness Points, meaning that if you have the City Bucks to purchase this one, you probably won’t have to worry about running out of Happiness Points for quite some time.

As of this writing, there are more than 11,000 Football Stadiums up for grabs, on a first come, first served basis. If you want one, head over to the game’s page.
